Unworn Edwardian Black Silk Elbow Length Long Opera Gloves Size 6 1/2
This pair of Edwardian era unworn black silk elbow length long opera gloves date from 1915. They are made of a black fine silk jersey knit fabric, with three lines of decorative black silk embroidered stitching on the front hand. These women's elegant evening opera gloves are a long elbow length, with two silk covered button snap closures on the inside wrist, are stamped inside a size 6 1/2 and are still attached with an "Empire Patent" label tag. The gloves measure 20 inches long. They are in excellent unworn condition, old store stock "Vintage Deadstock" with the original paper price tag still attaching them together at the wrist. These are truly a wonderful piece of quality made antique glove art!
