Lace, Sequins, and Beaded details
No material information but most likely polyester (based on feel and age)
Vintage of the 1980s/90s
The measurements are as followed (all taken flat without pull on the elastic and approximate):
Wrist: 4.25”
Upper Arm Opening: 6"
Length: 19"
These gloves are in great preowned vintage condition.  There are no rips, snags, or stains (please see pictures) and the elastic still provides great stretch.
