VINTAGE WOMEN'S GLOVES - NEVER WORN
Lovely vintage GANT MADELEINE women's gloves measuring size 7. Complete in original packaging, gloves measure 14-1/2" long - designed to reach mid-arm. Made of the softest brushed cotton, they have a charming and dainty trailing scalloped design accented with hand applied tiny beads as shown. Made in France by Gant Madeleine, they have never been worn - condition is mint - they are still thread attached at the cuff - exterior underside of the fitted box has some age related staining. Fitted into a tissue lined cardboard glove box and sold through Meier & Frank Company, they are just a beautiful set - elegant and understated - a wonderful representation of the era, and a lovely addition to any collection!
