divided-back postcard provides details of the setting and duty assignments of the 5 individuals who each returned safely to CONUS in 1972. I am the 22-year-old soldier at the far left with my shirt unbuttoned and wearing the black-framed, Army-issued "virgin glasses" (
so nicknamed, because as long as one wears these ugly, GI glasses, one would remain a virgin
).
NOTE: Anyone who presently knows any of the 4 soldiers to my left in the photo, please assist me in establishing contact with him.
