Ornate Jewelry Stand - Enameled, Bejeweled with Pink Lotus Flowers/Pods & Leaves

This very unusual jewelry stand certainly draws the eye! The entire piece appears to be enameled in green, with pink lotus flowers and lotus flower buds. There are lotus pods with pearl-like "seeds". Up the main stem are sparkling stones, probably rhinestones, blue, pink and green, for that extra "bling" effect.
There are four enameled "loops" on each of the two arms, for a total of eight loops, ready to accept dangling earrings, or any type of ornament!
The stand measures 11 inches across the "arms" and 6 inches tall. Round base is 3 3/4 inches across.
