This chrome exam light stand is in excellent working and cosmetic condition. I guarantee it will not be DOA. If you need a good exam light and dont want to spend a lot of money then this is the deal for you. There are no labels so I dont have a clue who made it.
It is very bright with a 12V- 50 Watt Halogen bulb. The 5"x 6"  head is attached to a 10"  flexible arm. The light head can be placed to any position .The 11" x 11"  weighted base has a low center of gravity making this lamp extremely stable . The stand can be adjusted from 45" to 67".  This lamp has a 6FT cord.
Great for any emergency room, clinic, physicians office, dental, veterinary, minor surgical theater or anywhere else a bright white condensed light is needed.

CONDITION
Good cosmetic and working condition with some sign of normal use in the form of a few scratches in the chorme finish.   There is no damage or missing pieces. Works as good as it ever did. The halogen bulb is bright. The cord and plug are good.
