This is a Mint never opened  Funko Pop Vinyl Figure of Shaggy Rogers from the Movies of Scooby Doo signed by the actor Matthew Lillard. He signed this Funko Pop for me in person at The 2020 Mad Monster Party Comic Con Convention in Charlotte North Carolina. He added SHAGGY, and he used a GREEN paint pen. This funko pop has been certified by JSA and the number is WPP628627.Also this funko pop will come in a clear plastic case for displaying. I only accept paypal, and the shipping is 8 dollars.
