Use:
Wrap the wire on the line winder to the reel: lock the star handle to generate friction, and the resistance when the friction plate rotates is also the resistance when the reel is rotated, so that the thread on the reel with a certain tension is wrapped on the fishing wheel.
Loosen the star handle: Hand rocker to drive the spindle, which drives the reel to rotate and wrap the wire on the fishing reel onto the reel.
Assembly and use:
