Hawaai Sterling Silver KUUIPO Sweetheart Necklace,Older,'AA' Hallmark,ID?,No Reserve 18 inches chain and pendant, 7.5 grams, the back of the pendant is marked "((faint) SILVER.....STER..........AA.....over an odd hallmark) Twisted rope chain doesn't make it any easier to ID, marked "'925........ITALY.....Y" I cannot match a maker with the 'AA' hallmark. the 'KUUIPO' sweetheart is in jet black enamel, no cracks or chips, in all, My gut suggests, the chain might be imported, the pendant part made in Hawaii, just looks it, a conch look on the sides. Whatever, the pendant part has unusual side mounts to the chain, overall, suggests an older piece, certainly a nice and distinctive design. I do stand to be corrected, but any way you look at it, a super gift for your sweetheart, on the islands or most anywhere.
