Framed Letter/Gift To Colonel (Hal)? Moore From Joon Myung Park. Condition is "Used". I found this in a lot I recently acquired. The research I've done has left me with more questions than answers. It appears to be a framed letter or gift. I have been unsuccessful in trying to translate the text. Someone has taped a piece of paper onto the back which I think may be a translation of the text. It makes sense that this is from a Korean Governor to the icon Colonel Hal Moore who later became a General. That is just my guess though. Measures 19" x 11 1/2". No international shipping.
