Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated based on delivery location, weight, dimensions, and the shipping carrier. Ebay calcualtes shipping costs on each individual item.

Next Day Air/ 1-day Express Shipping:
If you require orders to be delivered as "Red" or NDA you must contact me to make all arrangements and payment before 4pm EST. We are typically available weekdays from 9am to 5pm.
Pick-up an Item:
We do encourage local pickup of items. We are located in Burlington NC 27217. Please call or email first to make an appointment.
LTL Freight Items:
Items weighing over 150lbs must be shipped by LTL Freight.
To receive a shipping quote I will need the following information:
Delivery to a residential or commercial location? Access to loading dock and/or forklift? Direct telephone number? Business name (if applicable). Items over 4ft in length are subject to an addition .00 Handling Fee, due to preparing a custom sized pallet. If you would like to arrange your own pickup through your preferred freight company, please let me know and we will make accomodations.
Terms of Sale
Buyers Notice:
Our products are typically aquired through our industrial asset recovery division. These items are either Unused Surplus or Used Condition, unless listed as new. While most items are professionally removed from working service conditions, some items may not be able to be tested by us and could possibly be DOA. If this is the case we do offer a 30-day return on all purchases. Please make sure to review all pictures carefully, and ask any necessary questions prior to purchasing.
Forfeit of Abandoned Items:
Maximum storage time of paid items is 60 days. The buyer forfeits the item and any payments made when 60 days from the payment date has been reached. No money will be returned for forfeited items. Items are subject to re-listing immediately upon forfeiture. If you think you may have reason for delayed pickup, contact us in advance to avoid any issues.
