Early F14 US Navy photo of pilot & navigator being presented 50,000 Safety award

Nice vintage US Navy photo of the pilot and navigator of a jet are being presented a 50,000 (hours?) Safety award by a commanding officer. Not positive, but this may be an early F-14 Tomcat. Unfortunately back of photo is blank with no date or details provided. Looks like the Safety S award has two stripes below it so maybe a second award for the squadron? Excellent condition with no damage, creases, folds, or tears. 5" x 7".  Thanks for looking.
