    的菜单上,也有一道“拌发菜”。传说公元前一百年,苏武出使匈奴,被扣在北海(今甘肃省民勤县)牧羊19年,历尽千辛万苦,有“渴饮雪,饥吞旃”的记载,就是以野菜中的发菜为食。

    。“酿金钱发菜”始于盛唐,相传,唐代长安商人
