Rehydrone
has a dosage form of powder for the preparation of a solution that is taken orally. The easily soluble powder is contained in multi-layered metered bags of 18.9 g of powder each.
Powder for the preparation of a solution of Rehydrone, 18.9 g of powder in a metered bag of laminated laminated paper; 4, 6, 10 or 20 bags per pack — each bag contains 3.5 g of sodium chloride, 2.9 g of sodium citrate, 2.5 g of potassium chloride, 10 g of anhydrous glucose. 1 liter of ready—made solution for oral use contains sodium chloride — 59.9 mmol, potassium chloride — 33.5 mmol, sodium citrate — 9.9 mmol, glucose — 55.5 mmol, Na+ ions - 89.5 mmol, K+ ions - 33.5 mmol, Cl ions - 93.4 mmol, citrate ions - 9.9 mmol.
Due to the presence of sodium and potassium in a balanced ratio, the drug Rehydron can be used to correct violations of the water-electrolyte state of the body of any etiology. Sodium and potassium salts dissociate into ions, which are necessary to maintain the speed of metabolic processes, the integrity of cell membranes, and the full functioning of ion pumps at the cellular level. The necessary ratio of these trace elements ensures the integrity of homeostasis when taking Rehydrone in any quantities until the necessary therapeutic effect is achieved.
Glucose in the composition of the drug Rehydron acts as a sorbent and a universal antidote, which is widely used in the relief of poisoning, exogenous or endogenous intoxication. Citrates are involved in maintaining the acid-base balance, which needs correction both in a number of pathological conditions when taking Rehydrone is indicated, and when consuming a large amount of liquid inside.
Also, the mineral component of the powder Rehydron maintains the concentration of ions during profuse sweating, maintaining the functional readiness of the muscle tissue in the norm, including the heart muscle. A feature of Rehydrone is a reduced concentration of sodium in the composition compared to other analogues — solutions for oral rehydration, and an increased concentration of potassium in order to reduce the risk of hypokalemia.
Rehydrone is indicated for oral use to restore the water-salt balance with mild and moderate dehydration, to correct the acid-base balance with profuse diarrhea or vomiting, with thermal lesions (heat stroke, sunstroke), which are accompanied by a violation of the mineral balance. Indications for use are also physical exertion, which is accompanied by profuse sweating, conditions of endogenous and exogenous intoxication, for the prevention of dehydration.
To
prepare a solution of Rehydrone, the contents of one sachet should be diluted with 1 liter of boiled water at room temperature. It is not recommended to add other components to the solution, as this may disrupt the effect of the drug.
With a hangover, the Rehydrone will ensure the action of the sorbent and restore mineral metabolism, for this you should drink 500 ml of the finished solution twice a day, until the symptoms disappear. Taking a large amount of liquid stimulates diuresis, which contributes to the rapid elimination of toxic metabolites of alcohol from the body.
2)Mustard
plasters are traditionally placed for adults and children to distract from the symptoms of the following diseases: Colds of the upper respiratory tract: acute rhinitis, pharyngitis — the back of the neck, the area of the calf muscles, the soles of the feet. SOLUTIO LUGOLI
Аctive ingredients: potassium iodine iodide;
100 g of the solution contains iodine 1 g of potassium iodide 2 g;
excipients: glycerin purified water.
The main active ingredient is molecular iodine, which has an antiseptic and locally irritating effect. It has a bactericidal effect against gram-negative and gram-positive flora, and also acts on pathogenic fungi (including yeast);
Pharmacokinetics
If the drug is used in the recommended doses, iodine resorption through the skin and mucous membranes of the oral cavity is insignificant. Upon contact with the mucous membranes, it turns into iodides by 30%. In case of accidental ingestion, iodine is rapidly absorbed. The adsorbed part penetrates well into tissues and organs, accumulates in the tissues of the thyroid gland. It is excreted by the kidneys (mainly), to a lesser extent with feces and sweat. Penetrates into the milk of lactating women.
Lugol's solution
with glycerin is usually used to lubricate and irrigate the mucous membranes of the pharynx and larynx for the effective treatment of angina and angular stomatitis (congestion).
What diseases does lugol treat?
Infectious and inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa and pharynx in adults and children.

Glycerin has a softening effect on the mucous membrane of the oral cavity.
The spray is intended for short-term use.
If the symptoms of the disease do not go away within 7 days, this may indicate the presence of organic pathology (abscess, neoplasm), which requires other methods of treatment.
