Dove Tail Grip 6 Inch Vise-Jaws. Made in North Bend, Oregon, USA!
Innovative design features a row of 12 standard readily available M6×1.00 flat
head machine screws that bite into soft materials. This provides a secure
dovetail grip, while eliminating the need to machine dovetails into raw stock.
Engineered for versatility, gripping screws can be removed or added as needed
for custom configurations, including gripping round billet stock of various
sizes. Multiple small round pieces can be held simultaneously, reducing the
need for custom fixtures that must be set up for individual jobs. These new
Dovetail Gripping Vise Jaws include many new features to save setup time for
your CNC first operations, in both aluminum and steel, or other similar
materials.

Low profile teeth grip material by the bottom edge providing exceptional hold-down strength, while minimizing material requirements and offering excellent tool clearance around the periphery of stock.
Industry standard 6” machine vice mounting holes: 0.940” center line height, X 3.875”, center to center for ½”- 13tpi mounting hardware.
Reversible: Teeth are offset to provide either 0.24” or 0.78” minimum critical throat.
Ends of jaws are drilled and tapped 3/8”-16tpi for bolt-on material stops, or customizable fixture
options.
Precision ground on four sides.
