For sale is a Blodgett Mark V XCEL Digital Control, Solid State Electric Convection Oven.  The unit is used and came from a working environment.  Some cosmetic imperfections may show including some denting and slight bending to the top of the unit.  One of the casters is missing part of the rubber causing the unit to roll roughly.  This oven will come as shown and with what is seen in the photos, is untested and sold as-is.
This appears to be able to be wired single or 3 phase according to the wiring chart on the back of the unit (no guarantee) and is currently wired for three phase.
