    Description

Ivory Antique Boucicaut White Kid Opera gloves never worn and still tacked. They have 3 mother of pearl buttons. Printed inside is Boucicaut, Hors Concours
Membre Du Jury) which google translates to " Standout Member of the Jury", Paris 1900. Above that is stamped 61/2. The other one also has a sticker that says Au Bon Marche (he good market) Paris, and I assume the 45F stands for 45 Franc. The whole area of the bran stamps and sticker were covered by a bit of tissue papree whack I assume is original and which I returned back into that glove. There is also a star and numbers stamped and one looks like it may have been signed. They measure about 17" long.
Le Bon Marché (lit. "the good market", or "the good deal" in French; French pronunciation:  [lə bɔ̃ maʁʃe]) is a department store in Paris. Founded in 1838 and revamped almost completely by Aristide Boucicaut in 1852, it was one of the first modern department stores.
