RETURNS:
All item returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and will need to go through the Ebay hassle free return process.
Items returned with out an RMA number will not qualify for a refund.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. After 30 days all sales are considered final.
