Other Notes: Photo and documents collected by the naval historian and author Thomas Gaffney for one of his books (Our Navy's Flag Officers). He would obtain these from the officers or their families or official sources. Note when a date is given it is normally taken from the last "service" date on the biography or off the photo itself. This item comes with original photo only. I do not reproduce them. Note had a couple of really bad creases in it. Note crease across the middle and upper left quadrant. Do not expect perfect photos. Often old photos have small creases and tears around the edges. Special Note: None.
