Screws for holding the original factory hard jaws onto Columbian vises - specifically the D45-M4 and likely multiple other models.  This listing was originally created for the D45-M4 5 inch jaws.
Some D45 may use 5/16" screws, in which case this is not the right listing, test with a 1/4 and 5/16 screw to see which threads fit your D45 (or measure the major diameter of an existing screw).  Screw diameters are measured by the largest outside diameter of the threads (the "major diameter").
The largest diameter of the flat head is .367" +/- .005"
The overall length is approximately .625
Thread is 1/4-20
